CollegeAstra publishes college directory information for students and parents. When you create a student account, submit a contact form, or leave a review, we store the details you provide so we can operate the service.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), shortlist preferences when signed in, contact-form messages, and optional review text. Technical logs may include basic request metadata for security and reliability.

How we use it

To provide shortlists, Ask Ultra access, moderation, and responses to enquiries. We do not sell personal data. College profile content is managed by administrators and may include publicly listed contacts.
